We built the platform we always wanted to use
Skooa exists because we got tired of fleet tracking systems that overpromise and underdeliver. We set out to build something simpler, more reliable, and genuinely useful — and we haven’t stopped improving it since.
Why we built Skooa
We’ve spent years working with fleet tracking platforms — and years being frustrated by them. Overcomplicated dashboards. Features locked behind tiers. Support that disappears after the sale. Systems that feel like they were built to tick boxes, not to actually help the people using them.
So we decided to build something better. Not better in the “more features, more complexity” sense, but better in the way that matters: a platform that’s genuinely simple to use, reliable enough to trust, and built around the people who depend on it every day.
That’s the principle behind everything we do at Skooa. We listen to our clients. We iterate based on real feedback, not assumptions. And we never ship something we wouldn’t want to use ourselves.
Client-driven development
Every feature on the platform started as a conversation with a client. We don’t build features because they look good on a comparison sheet — we build them because someone needed them, and we knew we could do it properly.
Relentless improvement
We deploy updates regularly, not annually. If something can be faster, clearer, or more useful, we fix it. Our clients see the platform getting better week after week — because it is.
No compromise on reliability
Fleet tracking only works if it’s always on. Our infrastructure is UK-hosted, monitored around the clock, and built for 99.9% uptime. When you need the data, it’s there.
What drives us
The principles behind every decision we make.
Clients first
We answer the phone. We reply to emails. We take feedback seriously and turn it into product improvements — not ticket numbers that disappear into a queue.
Simplicity over complexity
We don’t bury useful features behind layers of menus. If it takes training to find, it needs redesigning. The best software stays out of your way.
Innovation, not imitation
Backed by Innovate UK, we invest in genuine R&D. From intelligent theft detection to AI-powered dashcams, we build what comes next — not what came last.

Backed by Innovate UK
Skooa is proud to be supported by Innovate UK, the UK government’s innovation agency. This backing recognises the genuine R&D behind our platform — from intelligent theft detection algorithms to AI-powered driver monitoring.
We invest heavily in research and development because we believe fleet tracking should evolve with the industry, not lag behind it. Innovate UK support allows us to push further, faster — turning ideas into production-ready features that our clients use every day.
